Terms & Conditions for our Technical Support Offering 

A 30 Minute booking will allow you 30 minutes of Talk time with an engineer either via teams or Telephone. 

If you do not answer your phone, each time a call is placed there will be a reduction of 1 minute from your allocated time. 

Should you not use the full 30 minutes then you can use the additional minutes at another time. 

Booking in this instance will be clearly marked on the website. 

Minutes booked and not used will expire after 12 months from the date of puchase
